We are seeking to cover the areas of Orange, Osceola, Polk, and Lake County. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to; Windermere/Metro West, Winter Park, Waterford Lakes, Lake Mary, Hunter's Creek, Clermont, Davenport, Orlando, Kissimmee, and Saint Cloud.

DESCRIPTION: Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Seeks residential and commercial real estate prospects in the areas of residential, new homes, vacant land, investments, and commercial real estate. Constantly follow up on New Sales Leads, Title, and Mortgage, and many companies involved in real estate transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: At least one (1) year of real estate sales and marketing.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Desirable characteristics include; honesty, professionalism, self esteem, motivation to succeed, and desired to provide excellent service. Effective communication skills, demonstrate ability to manage large client base. Ability to consistently meet quarterly sales goals. Working knowledge of Windows Operating System, Internet Explorer, MS Office Suite including; Outlook, and Excel. The ability to work from office and home, and to close real estate transactions. Must have a valid Florida Real Estate License and work full-time.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Requires extensive local travel, fast paced, and a highly technical environment.
