This check list applies to FHA and Conventional Mortgage Loans.  Please print out the following list and collect all necessary financial information.  This information will be needed at the time of mortgage loan application.

• Last 2 years of W-2 Forms & Current Pay Stubs

• Last 2 years of Income Tax Returns

• If owning your business, financial statements for last 2 years 

• Last 3 months of bank account statements (All Accounts)

• Last 30 days of payments 

• Copy of social security number  

• Copy of Drivers License or Official Identification  

• If applicable, Purchase/Sale Contract  

• If applicable, proof of retirement information (Social Security, ELA, or other)

• Other
